My business is captured through referrals and I have the luxury of limiting my services to only a couple of clients per month.
Buyers and Renters
I provide my clients unparalleled one-on-one customer service in every step of the deal from start to finish. I research listings and interview the listing broker to ensure that when I pull you out of the office to view the property, it’s an excellent match for your preferences. From your first phone call to the closing, you work directly with me.
Sellers and Landlords
My goal is simple: Show the property to as many customers as quickly as possible and achieve the highest price. I have extensive experience with all types of bidding wars (highest and best, best and final, etc.).
Over the years, I’ve learned how to read buyers as they walk into a property for the first time and as they bid on a property. I appreciate the power of technology in today’s real estate world, but first impressions and intuition are two things I offer that you won’t find by crunching numbers or using an app.
Communication is crucial amid the financials and details of your sale or purchase. I am very proactive with all communications not only to my customers, but to managing agents and co-brokers.
As a Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) member, I have exclusive access to a full range of resources usually associated with larger firms. My membership entitles me to get minute-by-minute updates of all current residential properties available in REBNY’s electronic database.
